At Bharat Engine, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
- To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
Cancellation Charges
- If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, payment will be adjusted against applicable transaction or processing charges (if any).
- Once payment is confirmed and the product is prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Customized or special-order generators
- Orders already dispatched
- Bulk or commercial orders
Refund on Cancellation
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- No refund will be provided for cancelled orders after dispatch.
📌 Important Note: Bharat Engine reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or technical reasons. In such cases, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded to the customer.
